About
Noell Elise sought to transition from third-party platforms to a self-contained, subscription-based universe with full ownership of both experience and user relationship. With more than 27,000 monthly listeners, the ambition was to create a cohesive digital product across app and website, where content, business and user journey could evolve on its own terms.
Developed through a close collaboration, we reimagined ENHED as a unified platform combining podcasts, meditation, journaling, movement and reflection. The key challenge was to bring multiple needs into one intuitive experience across devices, requiring a strong focus on UX, information architecture and early user testing.
The result is a scalable and coherent universe that enables deeper engagement and greater operational control. Following launch, daily user activity increased significantly, with 3-4x higher engagement across listening and journaling.
