As our new Social Media Manager, you will be working on many different projects for clients ranging from start-ups to large enterprises. Since helping our clients on social media is a relatively new area of business in our agency, you will be spearheading this department and building it up. In this position you will have a coordinating role and in the beginning you will execute and oversee all processes yourself ranging from doing analysis, consultancy, setup, creative work, and reporting. As the department grows, you will have a natural opportunity to take the lead of the area, should you want to.
You will work closely with our designers, project managers and client directors.
At Bærnholdt we are not only a consultancy. We are also developing our own products as a range of SaaS solutions which you would also get the responsibility of doing all online marketing and lead generation.
You are a fast learner, always eager to master the latest tools and up to date on the newest trends and forecasts. You enjoy all aspects of both the technical, analytical, creative, and consulting parts of being a Social Media Manager.
You have strong skills in working independently and structured with your tasks and you take responsibility in meeting quality demands and deadlines. You understand the need for being adaptable as we do a lot to make our clients happy.
You are a go-getter that naturally contributes with positive energy in every room you are in and you find it easy to engage with new contacts.
A great variety in projects where you will be forming the direction of your own professional development and the project types you work on, the level of client contact, and specialization of your skills.
You will be joining a young company of around 15 employees that enjoy hanging out together, taking on company trips, attending friday-bars, and building cool solutions that move our clients forward.

You are an ambitious problem-solver with experience to know which approaches to use in given situations and with eagerness to research the best solutions for challenges that are new to you. Curiosity, tenacity, and resourcefulness are important qualities.
You have experience creating social media campaigns for clients, including copywriting text and setting up graphics and media as needed, setting up and doing minor tweaking to campaigns in Facebook, analyzing and reporting back to clients.
