We are continuously growing and we are now looking for a Business Developer to strengthen our focus on creating impact in the market by doing qualified and intelligent outreach to relevant potential clients.

As our new Business Developer, you will be our first employee with the primary focus of reaching out to new clients. Until now we have generated all sales by handling inbound requests but as part of our growth strategy we want to do qualified outreach to relevant potential clients engaging with them around solving their digital problems and proposing ways to expand their businesses with our services and solutions.
It will be your responsibility to engage with potential clients and create attention around our services and ways of working. You have to be interested in doing sales on the basis of non-specific solutions and your role will be to create confidence in the minds of our new clients that they need to spend time with us developing their next digital projects and improving their existing digital channels.
You will be working closely with our CEO, Client Director, and Project Managers on innovative projects for the clients you bring into the business.
You have an eye for visual details, you think of page optimization as a natural part of building a site and you love knowing that the backend code behind the scenes runs fast and is clean and extendable.
You have strong skills in working independently and structured with your tasks and you take responsibility in meeting quality demands and deadlines. You understand the need for being adaptable as we do a lot to make our clients happy.

You thrive in a technical environment and love dreaming about new solutions with the developers while also finding yourself at home at meetings with clients in both suits and overalls.
