More than client work

Next to our client work, Bærnholdt works as an incubator for our own concepts. The projects in our incubator have the potential to become SaaS solutions at the core of the company’s future offerings. To us, it is important that all employees get a chance to participate in shaping the future of Bærnholdt by taking part in the projects in the incubator – an opportunity designed to sharpen otherwise unused skillsets, collaborate across teams, and explore and influence the direction in which our company evolves.
